Introduced in 2012 to produce middle-level food technology professionals. A 2 1/2-year, 85-credit programme of six 15-week semesters: four semesters of coursework followed by two semesters of in-plant training in a food-related organisation under NAITA supervision. Conducted at ATI Gampaha.
